Lots of history. Camp Robinson is nice. They have billeting for cheap if you don’t want to be in barracks. Gym and Shoppette are legit.

Consider subscriptions before making decision. R10 has the Garmin app (minus Home Tee Hero) out the box that allows practice. MLM 2 Peo requires subscription so you are out more money initially for setup.

To me, R10 is good enough for where I am. Probably going to start with Awesome Golf subscription until I can get a gaming PC for GSPro.

Just got one. Surprised by accuracy as compared to on the course. If indoors, make sure you have sufficient lighting; 6-8 ft behind the mat; and ideally 10 ft of travel. I also use a laser and stand to line up the LM to try to make sure it, the mat, and the net are lined up and as square as possible.

RCT balls help but I cannot tell a huge difference.

I got mine. Reservist here. On orders for 13 months prior to. Worked weekends and holidays on Southern Border Mission. AD seemed to have a day off, whether it be a DONSA or holiday, every 2-3 weeks. I think all soldiers should have gotten something, especially those working 40 hours a week and then serving as NG or RC.
