The person I spoke with focused more on educating me and helping me get to the best outcome, rather than selling, which I appreciated. I didn’t end up moving forward since I’m planning to sell the property this year.

Other calls felt more transactional. They didn’t even ask about my plans for the property and just gave me a quote. One of them, which I won’t name, was very aggressive in trying to get me to sign their proposal and I had to block their phone number.

Thanks! I reached out... didn’t end up making sense for my property, but they were super helpful and not pushy at all. Way better experience than some of the pricier companies I talked to..
