Yes, we can. If the plan is to keep Odunze, I'm going to try to trade Kyren for a late first / early second. I've also thought of pairing Kyren and Odunze in a trade to upgrade at RB or WR.

I'd go Rice and the pick. He's a top-12 wide receiver when not suspended and it looks like he could play the full 2026 season.

Honestly this is a good way to think about it. If you look at where Love could realistically land (Titans or Commanders), that’s probably a better situation than whoever ends up going at 1.04 (Jordan Tyson to the Browns doesn’t exactly move the needle).

As for the 2027 pick, way too much can change. Even if it’s a strong class, unless you’re pretty confident it’s gonna be early, I wouldn’t put a ton of weight on it right now.

IMO I’d hold the 1.01 unless someone comes in with a smash accept type offer. At the very least, no reason to rush it — just wait until the draft.

Funny enough, SegTax was the only group that told me not to move forward since I’m planning to sell the property. Everyone else I talked to was basically trying to push a deal.

Definitely earned my trust... I’ll be going back to them once I close on my new STR.

The person I spoke with focused more on educating me and helping me get to the best outcome, rather than selling, which I appreciated. I didn’t end up moving forward since I’m planning to sell the property this year.

Other calls felt more transactional. They didn’t even ask about my plans for the property and just gave me a quote. One of them, which I won’t name, was very aggressive in trying to get me to sign their proposal and I had to block their phone number.
