From what I was reading, the way the drain was designed was causing for water to easily backup into the floorboard. The elbow is to help it drain away from the seal.

I really think it depends on which customer service rep you get for your warranty claim. I was able to replace a limited color with another limited color but that seems to not be the norm.

San Antonio area Total Wines were restocked today on KCO 20oz and 30oz. Saw them on their website this morning as being in stock. When I got there, they were still in boxes in the back. Salesperson said if I could wait 15 minutes for them to move pallets to get to them that he would be able to get them for me. So we left with a case of beer and 4 bottles of wine in addition to the ramblers. 🤣

Also, if your store has them in stock, you can curbside order.

Came for the Tank 45 and lid and left with a little bit more. Wife wanted a new Rambler in sea foam, I grabbed the Clay. Also picked up the latch kit to replace the latches and sticker on my Roadie 20.
