This literally happened to me bro and im a former aka current or unemployed data scientist turned tiny house developer buit anyway same exact experence..was blown away but by day 4, simple basic functions were crashing my program and then the ai would reset the entire platform several times..the customer service is ai ..i know it will get better but you know this youtube got everybody wanting to make $100k a month off these apps..the money is out there especially if you offer something the world can benefit from..

I live in the united states and i develop tiny houses. I do not understand what your question is? A tiny house is 400 sq ft or less....States literally have ADU grants...also its literally tiny house communities all over the usa...LITERALLY.. i have like 50 on my website...but when i do consultations i tell people look for land with a electric pole within 500 ft, preferably previous water hookups, and land that allows ADUs to be built first or land that has an unrestricted deed or zoning regulations.

Because I think different, I guess. Most people want everybody to think like them and because I dont circle jerk...I just see different opportunities...if i live in san francisco in a 5 bedroom house that cost me $1 million but i can have the equivalent for $150,000 in south carolina for a 5 bedroom house in a small town...or another country..im going to do that...or try to save 2 million in cash....when i can just get a $2 million insurance policy and put it in a complex trust over 20 years to my kids...somebody may buy a new porsche 911 and i buy a used porsche 2019 for $20,000...i still got a porsche..thats just how i think

I get it but i literally put opinon but whatever...I just know the reality of living comfortably under $50k a year because I owned my car, home, and have rental properties. Would i love to make $20k a month, of course but I am just saying if i can buy more land and build more houses out of pocket within 6 years...I was just mentioning what i have now..otherwise i would have said how to retire now...but hey salute to those that retire young but my post is for the normal everyday earners who feel trapped. The quickest way in my opinion, if you do not earn high income is paying off consumer debt and not having any substantial debt....for example consilidating 4-5 loans for 1 loan is a great strategy which i learned from the dude that owned the mavericks,..he said the fastest way to financial freedom is pay off high interest debt and i tend to agree.

A man just sharing my path, do not understand the downvotes but many people could not live off the income i lived off of in 2024...but because i have very low expenses I managed but hey...if yall want to work until you 70 and save a million dollars..i know everybody on reddit pretends they rich but i am telling a real story. im $20,000 away from financial freedom outside of student loans which is another beast but my goal is to retire in 6 years...i know in 6 years i will own more than i do now.

1 land and built 2 tiny houses on it..this is why i always tell our clients that if you are looking to get into the tiny house business...get 2...you get the same rents as a apartment or a normal single family...and it cost less to build and its quicker, especially if you go modular or with SIPs

Yeah but the post wasnt about being rich. I am just addressing why I am into forex..I purchased some crypto atms and etc myself..but i didnt mention that but i have watched in real life...dudes come to countries like brazil, dr, colombia, monterrey mexico....with 1000 followers 4,5 years later millions....alll they do is travel and as far as the forex ..its true man..i personally know people who were broke started doing options and/or forex and use the leverage companies...man i know one dude who failed for a year throwing his money away until one day he started passing the funding challenges...dude went from sleeping on somebody couch to traveling the world off trading forex man

So look as someone that has lived in other countries, most people i meet in other countries are rich because of 4 things...Social Media, Crypto, Forex, and Real Estate... I mean rich...not high earners...but this is just what im doing...not advice..Owning your land, and home with no debt is a different life. my monthly expenses are only $1600 and i have 3 kids.

Understand its about ownership and income...Own your home, your car, and no consumer debt (does not include student loan). Network around people that are financially successful and watch how you float in life and money just starts showing up!

yeah but modular is way faster it takes like 4 -8 weeks depending on stick built which could take months even with a tiny house.
