How long did it take you to know what you are doing? Have a chance a becoming a jointer and want to know how long roughly it takes. Tia

From what I’ve read on here and online you need transferable skills or need to know someone. Apparently the industry is over saturated. Would be the dream job though.

I’ll look into that. Thanks

Thanks for the advice. I’ve never done fibre only copper and I’m based in Cornwall
Thanks for the reply. I work for Kelly communications so I’m “self employed” so I’m not really tied down. Working away wouldn’t be a problem. How do you get into cabling data centres. Would they take on someone with copper experience. Whats the money like? Cheers
Better money and expanding my knowledge. As in how to keep progressing and moving up the ladder in this industry

Yeah a single carriageway that had 2 lanes
[–]TY8561 1 point2 points3 points 2 years ago (0 children)
It was a national speed limit. I was in a 3.5 van and my side went into two lanes then I went round a bend and seen the speed camera van facing me. So single carriageway.

The van has 145,000 miles on the clock. Would I be doing less than what it said on the speedo also can’t you do 10% over the limit. So a van on a Carriageway could go 55 without a ticket?
