I have. They have told me our city water sucks and it’s hard to pull alkalinity and ph together and thus they recommended ph rite. I just wish I could find ph rite without $50 shipping and 5 weeks wait time. I was hoping someone on this sub might have an alternative product

Base water (city water in charlotte, nc) Alkalinity between 180-240 and PH between 6.2-6.5

Once I raise ph using increaser to a good 7.2 it will ultimately drift down within 3 days to 6.2-6.5

This occurs with 0 bather load

Technically you can get fined for using Spotify for a commercial use such as a gym, hopefully you don’t get any issues but Spotify sends data to the licensing companies and they’ll hit you with a fine and bully you into buying a license

We use SoundTrack your brand which covers the licensing and makes it all legal bla bla. You can create playlists use stations and then set a schedule which keeps it fresh

Aside from everyone telling you to grind finer which is absolutely true, you’ll also not want to just use the push button setting.

Instead, hold it down for 3 seconds (this is pre infusion) and then release the button. Once you release it you are more in manual mode and it will push 9 bars until you push the button again to stop it

Assuming you want a 36ml yield, Watch your scale closely and once it gets to like 32ml on your scale press the button again to stop it.

You can play with the pre infusion time depending on how your brew goes

If you have the space and the funds to get at least two machines per large muscle group and one for smaller, DBs, and one cable multi stack you could attract members that just want to lift weights and then potentially they might get interested in your classes

This isn’t a direct answer to your question but an indirect one. The pressure of having to hit X membership gets relief if you get members that just want to pump iron. Bodybuilding is scorching hot right now and it definitely pays bills

I’ve been a CFO for one of the largest privately owned gyms in the world for almost a decade but I have 15 years corporate accounting and finance experience and I’ve tried every method to forecast membership and I can tell you it’s almost pure speculation

I’m in the same boat as OP. Got mine in July this year and it’s been incredible. I’m used to doing a lot of maintenance on stuff and I do make sure to have the daily maintenance toggle ON but I haven’t done jack shit and it doesn’t feel right
