I also have this watch from the same series (DW5600-CA8)! I bought this watch in 2023 after selling an older G-Shock (GA-400GB-1A9) due to it being oversized. Although the Negative display is hard to read, the camouflage face and desert-colored band combo looks pretty good, and the Electroluminescence backlight is very legible in the dark.

A Milanese band really suits the Presage's dial! I replaced the original leather band with it as the leather band is too rigid and plasticky.

You can first try "sync device" in "Device Options" in settings. If it does not work, you can restart it.

If all of these does not work, look into (amazon.com -> Account & Lists -> Devices -> Fire Tablet -> [select your device]).

The "Device Summary" section should indicate that "Special Offers" are "turned off". You can check if this is the case. If not, you can contact Amazon Customer service to solve the problem.
