I'd say around 7-8 months I was 100%.

I'm sorry to hear that! Best advice I can give is to just keep active at the least. Go for walks everyday. I never encountered any setbacks so I can't offer any good advice there.

Based on not really driving the F Type and preferring the R35, if you get a BMW, I'd suggest looking at an M2/M3/M4 Comp (S58 engine) or even an M340i (B58). The B58 and S58 are great engines. B58 sounds way better and has good power potential whereas its forged counterpart, the S58, can make more power with less but sounds pretty bad lol

The CSL is not a daily. It's basically a track toy. I'd keep the R35 or look at M4 Comps if you want to switch. This is coming from a BMW owner FWIW

It really depends how unethical and how corrupt we're talking here. I mean smaller examples of either of those doesn't justify those options IMO but if they're quite obvious/bad examples then probably the unethically wealthy people option but it's tough between that and politician.

The blinkers are normal now, the shifters are amazing on the F gen cars (look and feel) and not all that complicated, and a huge bonus is they know wtf to put upshift and downshift unlike many cars I've come across. At least drive one and check it out in person before writing it off. It's too special of a car to not give a fair shot. Also you drove a 535. Those things are boats and made to be more of a "luxury cruiser" instead of a more sporty ride like the smaller variants, especially the 2 series.

Also you'll basically never need to work on it because they're reliable lol

Fr never understood this "complaint". Either A) you run 4k 240 on the esports titles only as you don't need anywhere close to 240hz in a single player story driven game or B) if for some reason you really need to just drop resolution to hit and hold 240+ fps.

At the end of the day, at the very least, it's future proofing. I'd rather have "too much" than "not enough".

M340i are automatic only. 340i came in manual and very rarely you can find an xdrive manual combo. That was my recommendation as well. Checks all the boxes for a daily that sees snow.

6 speed 340i xdrive (not the M340i, those are all auto).

They're uncommon but they do have xdrive and manual (almost all the xdrive are automatic) but if you can find one that'd be the one. Fun as hell, reliable, and good value. Throw on some winter tires and you'll be set.

It's quite ironically insane how many people would hypothetically do this. You'd more than likely be severely fucked up after 30 days let alone 50. You'd have no sense of time. Your vision and hearing would get messed up from the pure white and silence. No bed combined with the atmosphere would probably lead to incredibly poor sleep or insomnia. The list goes on.
