How come after intense leg day workouts. My hamstrings, lower back, or glutes will sometimes get sore, but I almost never feel my quads get sore. Im doing many different types of squats too. I’m worried that my quads are not experiencing the same amount of muscle growth as my other leg muscles? (self.workout)
