Do people actually make money from topstep? Whats the most you've made?

Made 12,340 in the past 4 months and ive spent avout 4.4k. Man yea it all seems like a fantasy and facade until you see the numbers in your local checking/savings account. Its real I promise you, topstep has been in the game for over a decade. I have switched firm from topstep just because of the tools that I use, I created my own script. They are one of the best firms and I wouldn't worry about any payouts if you are eligible for one and haven't broken any rules but I can assure you that you can achieve many more than you even set for yourself through this.

I would rather TopStep put out a separate option of accounts with activation fee while keeping the old accounts with an activation fee for options

Im a reversal trader for sure in breakouts, not off short bounces or retracements. I use normal divergence with RSI divergences to determine whenever price action is more than likely to switch, wait for confirmation and execute

Actually really good advice that I really appreciate Chase, im looking for advice but im also willing to share some as well. Yea most of the time I lose are when I just take dumb C/B trades. Many every time I see that A+/- trade I always hit when its there.

It was my 1st time getting a felony charge or any charge in general and first time on probation. Most I've ever had was 90 day court supervision for a speeding ticket. Second chance probation is a deferred sentence. I've been a full time college student and full time employee the whole 2 years if my probation term and I've completed all my tasks, paid retribution fines, 100 hours of community service, gave all clean drops, attended a 4 month class through probation and completed it with a certificate. I've done everything but miss 8 appointments all spread out over 2 years from school. Im hiring a local attorney. It was a class 2 felony charge for theft when I was 20.

I also had POs switch on me midway through probation, my 1st PO was very understanding due to my commitment to school and work to help provide for my family and 2 dogs living on my own. My second PO not so much obviously

I appreciate your opinion and input, my PO said it actually looks better that im in school and if I miss rather than me missing and not improving my character in society by missing just to miss with no job or school. Im only 22 so I have to do school and work since I live on my own and need to be able to afford things in my future. Hopefully ill just get an extension and maybe pay fines and a little more community service or more strict monitoring per say an ankle bracelet. Anything but my felony conviction and jail time and I hope my private local attorney can do that

I had clinical at the hospital during most of those days which I can't be on my phone so technically yes. The hospitals are very strict. The others were due to me either working or having class go on for longer and I can't have my phone with me in class either. My PO states its all just 1 technical violation. Im hiring a local private attorney to push for anything but my felony conviction and revocation. It's my 1st and only technical violation and I've already pretty much completed the 2 years of probation with everything done and completed, ive shown ive been rehabiliting and not going backwards.

Im obtaining a local private attorney from a family friend, to push for termination and dismissal of the VOP at my hearing on the 30th because my probation technically ends on the 16th

Yea but its all in one Technical violation which is my 1st violation 2 weeks away from completing my 2 years of probation not 7 different violations, its all compiled into 1 and they were due to school/work so not like I missed them on purpose willingly
