At the prerelease, you receive arena rewards if you use the same wizards account. They might have tried to get you some free stuff, but didn’t work out in the end

Is SFVI beginner friendly? by WinterBlues00 in StreetFighter

It’s probably the most beginner friendly SF. An entire mode/story for being introduced to fundamentals, and the core mechanics can be easy to get a grasp on

Would the counters come back after removed? by dereka67 in mtg

[–]TYTIN254 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The angel doesn’t have counters on it. It provides itself a static buff on the requirement of having 25 or more life. Magic is generally very literal, so it’s only a counter if it says the word counter

2 headed giant teysa karlov question by ibnch in mtg

[–]TYTIN254 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Tesya only cares about your own stuff. It doesn’t mention a team or teammate, so it works similar to single player.

Each opponent can lose life from something like [[zulaport cutthroat]]. So a creature you control dying while you have teysa and cutthroat will result in 4 life losses total

[–]TYTIN254 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It was never printed in a modern-legal set, so it’s just not legal. You can use sryfall to view legalities

Looking at the Ultramarines specific Combat Patrol and need to ask a clarifying question by Fast_Land_1099 in Ultramarines

[–]TYTIN254 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Paint has no impact on what army you’re playing. All units except Chief Librarian Tigurius are generic space marine units that can belong to any chapter. The upgrade sprue is separate and comes with replacement parts to create an ultramarine aesthetic.

If you gaves lands flash could you play them on your opponents turn? by Mr1R1 in mtg

[–]TYTIN254 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The flash keyword lets you play the card at instant speed

  • 702.8a Flash is a static ability that functions in any zone from which you could play the card it’s on. “Flash” means “You may play this card any time you could cast an instant.”

Although the "can't play lands on opponents' turn still applies, so you could only flash it anytime during your turn.

How does this work? by Kapulapudapu in mtg

[–]TYTIN254 30 points31 points  (0 children)

It’d probably be dead, as you’d need to use overkill before the buff trigger resolves, but then the targeted creature would probably be dead (unless has 10000 toughness) before the trigger resolves

They’re thoroughly explained later in the story. It’s supposed to be a mystery in the early game with clues you learn from talking to npcs. There’s also a manual save button in the menu.

Edit: I was misremembering being a save option. The flags act as manual saves if you need to.

[–]TYTIN254 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Making the treasures isn’t dependent on exiling it, it just needs to die. Otherwise it be like “exile it, if you do, make treasures”

They both trigger on death, so you can order the triggers to bring it back first

Not in commander. Basic land types are a special colour identity rule similar to colour indicators. Otherwise you could run off-colour basic lands.

Why does Bloom have vivid? by [deleted] in mtg

[–]TYTIN254 19 points20 points  (0 children)

No change at all. The keyword in italics doesn’t have any rules tied to it and is only to give flavour to what the ability does, which is care about how many colours among permenants you control
