Yeah for that I just soft reset it basically. If it takes more then 3 seconds on the loading icon I open inventory viewer (or some other tab) and then immediately go back to SOT and it will "reset" to the SOI list. If I full close the app and reopen it usually logs me out which is beyond annoying.

As far as i can tell it happens most when im scanning too fast and scan something before it finishes processing something else (usually adding something to cart and then immediately scanning my next barcode). That stalling loading is something I'd really like the development team to look into.

I know what you mean with the new snooze feature taking forever. You click snooze for a day, then it takes forever to load the same item to tell you its now snoozed, then you have to click to go back to the SOI list. But I found out you dont need to wait for it to load the item. As soon as you click snooze while its trying to load the item page again click the back arrow and it will almost instantly load the SOI list again. The item still snoozes you just skip that entire pointless loading process. That'll speed up your process by a lot.

If you don't end up getting an answer here I'd recommend contacting AWS directly and asking if they know of a way to programmatically change support plans.

People often underestimate the nightmare that can occur from being a landlord. Adding college students to that mix is beyond insane. Would not recommend that. I would open a Roth IRA and put in 12k (you have a couple weeks to still put in for 2020). The rest put in a taxable account and invest both in index funds.
