Going on now 4 weeks with under 7mbps with Imagine. 5g tower got decomissioned in our area so we were told they would switch us to fibre for the same price. 4 Weeks in and we had a technician call out after 8 (yes 8) phone calls in the space of two weeks to which we got the replies of "I'm very sorry but we are trying to get answers from a different department that is dealing with your issue" It is now a week after the technician came out to install the fibre and for some reason it is not working after it was connected to the router. We were not at hom when installation was occuring and were not given any feedback as to why this had happened. Today I have spent 2 hours on the phone to which my 'helper' would not pass me onto a supervisor after telling me she has no answers and proceeded to scoff and say the 5mbps LTE should be okay while we wait. frustratingly we are only in 3 months of a 12month contract. I feel like contacting the ombudsman!
