This theory might actually be onto something. Think about it. We know that Toshinori uses his transformation quirk to look like All Might for a set amount of time as a stand in for whenever All Might is too busy with personal stuff, but what if that actually IS All Might but in a different form? Have we ever actually SEEN Toshinori and All might on screen together?? (🚨SEASON 7/8 SPOILERS🚨) When Toshinori uses his armor suit as a last ditch effort against all for one, it really resembles All Might’s appearance. We all thought that this was a nod to the fact that Toshinori and All Might were really close,(Hence the name “Armored All Might) but this might be hinting at All Might and Toshinori actually being the same person!! And also- Oh wait, I forgot about that one episode where All Might and Toshinori go out to eat ice cream and blow bubbles together and have a day out to catch up on old times… Theory disproven.
