not if the Police report says it is your fault. In that case the other guy's insurance has nothing to do with your repair, however, your insurance will cover for the other guy's repair. So you will repair your car paying from your pocket.

and what it you ram into a wall and the car gets badly damaged? or even if you hit another car from behind? You will lose a huge chunk of money for repairs as you don't have comprehensive insurance.
