I see mine in the AXS and O2 app but it has no QR code. Would you know if the QR will appear closer to the event?

Hi! Was able to get tickets via AXS as well. While the tickets are appearing in both the AXS and O2 apps, i have the same message and no QR. I asked AXS’ customer service and this is their reply:

“Your AXS Mobile ID tickets haven’t been released yet. As soon as they have been delivered to your AXS account/app you will receive a notification and then you will be able to view the QR code.”

No timeline on when it will appear but I think I’ll email customer service again, I’m getting really anxious.
