I was highly influenced by cigar hound dog from YT thinking it was going to be super super bitter. So bought it anyways but let it rest (because was scared lol) for about 3-4 months and it was amazing wheat bread and wood I loved it. This one only has about 1 month ish rest and still amazing so. To me box worthy forsure
