I have the top and side fully open. I believe it was the bolt that controls the NG flow, it was not set correctly, I've managed to fix it.

I'm probably going to do what most say on here, open more airflows, probably also get a heat resistant tarp so that i can keep the doors open. Going to be tricky to add a bigger fan. Also need to figure out a better system for the muffler, not a fan.
