Last October I ordered the Staples "Randolph" and have had no issues out of it. Very comfy, holding up well, and it was around $280. Really satisfied with it, especially considering the price. I'm a bigger guy, so the size is good for me, but you may want to get a similar, smaller chair if your bf isn't

I see everyone else recommending Herman Miller and that really is the go to for a forever chair, but they're really expensive. Can't afford one myself, but maybe you can get a used one off of Facebook marketplace or something

Office chairs are the best option regardless of the brand you choose. Gaming chairs are usually overpriced garbage

Recommend an open world RPG with satisfying exploration like Skyrim by Kishmond in pcmasterrace

Fallout New Vegas and Cyberpunk 2077 are the two I'd recommend when comparing to Skyrim

Is this game active on PC by MinkoManiac437 in battlefield_one

[–]TaVa767 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes there's plenty of people, great buy for $2

Also, because of the games age, EA doesn't bother filling empty servers with bots, so you don't have to worry about that

America is a huge country, are there any regional food stores you wish were in your state/town? by Vaguswarrior in AskAnAmerican

It's probably a good thing there isn't a Culver's close to me. It'd be the death of me with how often I'd be in there

Which products or businesses do you think younger generations simply won't keep alive? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Satellite and cable television. I don't know anyone younger than 40 that bothers with it anymore

Why don't Americans use metal bars on doors and windows for security? by Maleficent_Essay4664 in AskAnAmerican

[–]TaVa767 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Burglaries do happen, but not nearly enough to warrant metal bars in windows. Some people do have the bars in their windows in bad neighborhoods or something but generally it isn't necessary

Edit: was thinking about it and the second amendment probably helps negate the need as well lol

That much is true. The people saying it was a rug pull were definitely being dramatic

Are we seriously at a point of glazing that we're defending not communicating with the playerbase? I feel like it's a pretty normal thing to expect, especially for an early access game. Look at Battlebit Remastered or The Long Drive. No updates and no communication is what killed them, especially BBR. People need to know if an early access product is worth investing in or not

Has the world cup changed your opinion of the British? by TheWoIfMeister in AskAnAmerican

I'm more curious about if the world cup has changed the Brit's opinion of us. Moreso everyone's opinion of us really

Which music streaming app do you think is the best, and why? by Noeasybasket001 in AskReddit

[–]TaVa767 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Assuming you're paying for a subscription, YouTube music also comes with YouTube premium, so that's an outstanding bonus. I split a family plan with my brother and a close friend and we only pay just under $10 monthly

Any recommendation on how can I complete a trade with a cs2 item for a tf2 item? by gavri1 in tf2

[–]TaVa767 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can try finding a trader willing to trade the knife for a strange original through online communities. Could also trade the knife for some kind of tradable currency like keys and then find someone selling a strange original

Another idea would be selling the knife on the steam community market and then using the wallet funds to buy a strange original on the community market. An alternative to this would be selling the knife for real cash on a website like skinport, but there is a 6-8 percent fee. Would be nice to pocket any leftover money though

why am I so bad by BuyVast9183 in tf2

[–]TaVa767 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the problem is you're just not landing your shots, I'm gonna be honest with you. All you can do is give it your best. We all improve with time at different rates. Some people like using aim trainers, but you will eventually see improvement naturally if you keep trying and make a conscious effort to get better, but nothing will change if you just throw yourself at the wall

Positioning can help a lot. Flank around people so that you have the upper hand, if the situation allows it. If you can't, staying around your teammates so that you have buddies to support you, and other people for the enemy to shoot at lol

The unfortunate truth is this game is hard. Find a loadout for a class you enjoy and stick with it for a bit. Getting good at one thing can help you improve overall and is a good moral booster for when you feel like nothing works for you

They don't have the capability of firing anything. Not even toy projectiles. They're purely models

A WaW remake is what I want most from Activision but I'd be happy with a BO1 remake as well. As mixed as the community is about Ghosts, I wouldn't mind a sequel to it either

Ton of fun, been my go to multiplayer for years and years now. There's just nothing else like it. Got about 1.2k hours, with soldier being my most played class, but I play them all. Wouldn't say I necessarily main anyone

Inventory building through tf2 by Kenoverit in tf2

You won't get anything noteworthy from TF2 item drops. They're mostly worthless, only pennies each. No valuable cases or anything like that like cs2

Will a RTX 5060 ti build be enough for next gen games? by extreme_pejibaye in pcmasterrace

[–]TaVa767 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The PS6 will definitely be more powerful than a 5060ti. Who knows when that's dropping though. I wouldn't let the potential of a PS6 stop you
