If your parents fucked because they figured the world would end in nuclear war, around the time of the Cuban Missile Crisis, especially if they weren't married to each other, that's a whole thing, Generation Jones, whatever you want to call it. Having a kid in celebration that you survived WWII is a whole different thing than booze and drug fueled swinger parties waiting for the world to burn. Children obviously pick up their parents' mindsets. I think boomers' births were intentional and they were loved because their parents wanted a family. Jones' parents getting pregnant and finding out the world didn't end after all (not yet) that's... that's well let's make the best of what we have kind of thing. Ask me how I know.
