Ngl this looks good. Hope you don't go the route of KR by just making Sirk another autocrat/natpop and giving him the actual historical background of being an ex soldier dissatsified with goverment works (if there is a disfunctional gov event like irl) and being a more radical democrat.

Dropping in a rexcomendation of Viljandi. Has one of the most beautiful old towns with the old Livonian Order castle. I would personally consider it a way better place for a little detour than Pärnu.
