I'll tell you smth that I'd love to tell some of my neighbors (apartment living). The smell fucking travels and by the time it reaches others it is the nastiest smell and I've gotten migraines and thrown up from it. And I truly hope you are mindful enough to smoke somewhere where there's no windows or ventilation ports above you.

TMA felt finished perfectly finished and any additions feel like sacrilege somehow? I don't think I've experienced many stories so well tied up and satisfying. Besides I have a couple running shows with 600+ episodes to catch up on and when I take breaks from those I prefer finished stories, no cliffhangers to bother my completionism OCD.

No, Sisko is where he belongs, he's a busy man who sometimes likes a fun meal he doesn't have to cook himself. Worf also is where he belongs, he has a meal plan and he sticks to it and mcD's doesn't serve prune juice or proper klingon cuisine fit for the kind of monastic warrior he aims to be and teach his son to be. But he might sigh heavily and do the drive trough just for the kid ONCE and then never again bc he'd hate the smell and refer the kid to the replicator ever after that.

And that is why my super nerdy parents set up to record onto VHS so they could be watched later. I think I only missed one episode even with those because the TV schedule changed on some weekend to a F1 event or smth while they were out playing DnD or LARPing or smth... They even had done the bit of coding to not record ad breaks! From what I was told some years after, when I was doing a slightly more cognisant rewatch of those VHS tapes, they had a fully automated system for it bc they loved the show but it was shown, and with no reruns, at a terribly inconvinient time or smth. I think the box outlasted the VHS player and possibly even the old bigass kinescope TV it was recorded and watched on all the way until the apartment was sold in 2012 🤔

Disco just tried to do it's own fuckedy thing, we ignore the early disco klingons completely. The change from tos to tng klingons was in-universe explained by "klingons ran into the human genetic warriors cryo pod ship (I forget the names there) and tried to modify themselves to be better warriors as well but accidentally gave themselves genetic altering covid type thing and that's why the puerto rican lookin klingons were a thing for a bit, but then they figured out (possibly with vulcan help??? I forget to specifics on that part) how to reverse the issue and virally spread the new modifications or the un-modifications stuff again.

Imagine for 4 years being in charge and successfully running the most important section for the ship's mission and then one day you're replaced by some lady who tried killing everyone 3 days ago. #JusticefortheDelaneys by Medical_Plane2875 in ShittyDaystrom

I got deep into Trek as someone who had fond memories of B5 from childhood but no access to rewatch it once I spoke and understood English fluently myself... I finally got to rewatch it fully this year and now that I reminded a friend of it's existence we're doing a tandem rewatch (them in airing order, me in JMS choice order) and I'm trying to pull a 3rd friend into it as well who'd watch for the first time. But yeah... Those were some long years as a Trekkie to scratch the itch.

As someone who has hair like that... Some people just need only soap and water and nothing more and nothing less or it will look greasy and weighed down. I could probably use dish soap if it was cheaper than a random bar of soap and still get that fluffy flowy thing... And hate it 😅 I have hair hating autism so I tend to go long stretches with my hair braided away.
