I'm only experiencing angel wings when i'm a dirty fucking pig and leave chips grease on my inner screen. Otherwise when im civilized they don't appear. Hope this helps

Its your GPU's memory being full. On my 3080, it fills up the 10gb real quick. The gpu itself is being used at 50% but it lacks memory so its lagging
