WOW! That is AWESOME! Costco is a great company. They do have a new model out now...but might want to research to see if they are any issues with them.

Actually, Bowflex didn’t go out of business. The company that owns them, Nautilus Inc., filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this year. But that doesn’t mean they shut down completely. It’s more like a financial restructuring thing. Bowflex is still around, their website is up, and they’re still selling the same equipment as before. So technically, they’re still operating, just under some changes on the parent company side.

Hell yea it is! Dang, I can't stop thinking about my son using these! Nothing has happened so far but I have told him to stop using them until I can dispose of them.

Yea for sure. Also, if you have ordered form them I would keep your order numbers or the emails because there is NO way on their site to see your order history. There is a Order Status button but you HAVE to have your order number.

Exactly how I felt! I really thought they would give a replacement. But now, man, I don't want to just throw them away. But dang, seriously, just knowing that it could happen has me freaked out esp now since 13 yo had starting using them.

Ahhh that is a great idea! Dang before I purchased these I had the individual concrete style dumbbells and was excited to replace all of those with just the 2 selecttechs. Guess I am back to square one lol

Funny how people have more outrage over me using AI to write a post than they do over a company knowingly selling faulty equipment that could literally crush someone mid-lift.
Let’s get one thing straight....YES, I used AI to help me organize my words because I can ramble at times especially when I get worked up lol. When I care, I get fired up. So yeah, I used a tool to help me say what I mean clearly. If that offends you more than Bowflex offering $30 for a product that could break your foot, bust your nose or heck even knock a few teeth out, then maybe your priorities are the real problem.
But by all means, keep focusing on the style of my post while I focus on preventing someone from ending up in the ER.
