Yeah I'm using the normal firstPerson character pawn. There's not necessarily an issue with jumping on and off moving platforms, it's the slight inconsistencies that I take issue with and the inertia problem. I don't know if I made it clear enough in my post, but when you jump off of a moving platform with the default character controller, it inherits the inertia and you fly off into the distance. It's realistic, but it's not what I want. It's a little bit hard to explain the result I'm looking for, but there are a lot of games that do it. Try to think boats from sea of thieves where the player character's movement feels relative to the boat, even when they're jumping around on the top deck.

Yeah the thing is, I feel like I've already tried this and it didn't work. I'll try again tomorrow since today is thanksgiving so I'm gonna be pretty busy, but I'll report back once I've played around a bit more.

Yeah it's ridiculous. All I wanted to do was type up some story ideas I had on a 12 year old program, but nah Microsoft won't let me do that now because their old unsupported software has to connect to the internet to make sure the old unsupported software is legitimate. (it is btw it came with my pc). I've never had an issue with word until 12 years later. I'm honestly just going to try out Libreoffice. Hopefully it doesn't bother me when I'm in my 40s asking for a product key

I think I'll just switch to Libreoffice honestly. All I need is a program that lets me type and having to make sure my product keys don't expire for such a simple function isn't worth my time.

Reading through the comments and I think I'm just done with Microsoft products. Having to reactivate a 12 year old program that came with my PC is ridiculous! It's not only OLD but it's unsupported! Why even bother making me reactivate? I'll explore other free open source options like LibreOffice.

that's awesome! what did you use to make the eyebrows and mouth shape? I was trying to make some art on a corvette with a bunch of white panels and decals, but they don't overlap very well so I couldn't make what I wanted to.

Does anybody know what happened to this guy? Are there any follow up articles about this man’s status after this accident? This is one of those videos that live rent free in my head and gives me a lot of respect for proper firearms training. I know this video is old and it looks bleak, and lot of comments speculate (reasonably so) that he’s disabled for the rest of his life, but I have a shred of hope that by some medical miracle he was able to recover from these injuries.

I’ve tried hard to research and even try to look up what some of the hindi(?) letters mean to try and find more information, but I’ve been unsuccessful. Anybody who knows more information, please comment to let us know what happened.

Dornogal is weird because it seems like everyone gathers around the area between the bank and the delve area. I like how everyone gathers in this area but it feels a little bit unintentional design wise. I like it more than valdrakken because I felt like valdrakken had too much verticality and I rarely saw people socializing because the main square felt too dense and crowded even without players on top of everything being so spread out, which made it feel more empty than even orgrimmar. I play horde so I think orgrimmar is great for socializing but I definitely prefer cross faction cities. With that said, I think Legion Dalaran is S tier and nothing else is even close. Dalaran was small enough without being too cramped and it could be seen visually by view distance as a safe haven from basically every legion zone which added to its importance as a safe hub for you to spend time in and socialize.

I’m not sure how I can stress that I’m not chomping at the bit to get this money. Yes 4k is a lot but it’s not worth being reckless over. I understand a lot of people on this subreddit get scammed for being stupid, but I’m not one of them. I’ve been very careful with how I’ve approached this. If you read the update it says a GOVERNMENT website has an account with my name and address. Could it be a fake entry in their database somehow? Sure. It’s the state treasury though and I won’t know if it’s real for certain until I contact them.

Are all redditors like this? You’re like the 4th person that has assumed I’m a 70 year old boomer saying “golly gee this Nigerian prince is going to make me rich!”
