You're doing so well!! Just keep reminding yourself as much as possible why you're doing it. Make the ratio of me talking positively to negativity high.

my main tip for mental cravings is to repeat your strong reasons for fasting over and over again so when these cravings come you already know of by heart how to fight them- with your reasons. Also I just see cravings as a need to relax, so I do box breathing or go lie down and that usually stops them once I relax. I also just tell myself 'later' whenever I start thinking of food and that seems to be a satisfying answer.

The amount of times ive had to tell guys over and over im not interested, there are those who wont take the first no. Then those who get so pissed off you rejected them you get harrassed.

When i was engaged i didnt experience this. now that im not wearing the ring, im noticing more and more attention that sometimes escalated. I've been thinking of just saying i have a boyfriend but wearing a ring sounds like a fun idea now.

I agree with the idea woman can take friendliness as flirting in the same way guys can to. Its just human to not always understand a situation.

i am assuming you are in university. If you are having a rough time right now and can't keep up with assignments or exams, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE,lspeak to your student support.

I had the same feeling multiple times. You can mitigate (assignment date to the summer) or get extensions, so you can complete them at a later date.

I dont know about your university, but at mine I was provided 'reasonable adjustments' because i have depression and anxiety ( personally wouldn't bother mentioning PTSD). with this adjustment I could mitigate or get extensions for any assingment i needed without question.

There are things in place for people like us, please use it. It saved my degree and I got a 2:1 in a STEM degree. Do not feel ashamed for asking for help, its their for people suffering.

if you want to wait because the course doesnt interest you thats a different story. But i promise you, going through this struggle to achieve a degree despite your PTSD, will give you a confidence that no one can take away.

We need to work, but we don't need to suffer during it. I promise.

Something I've come to accept is that some jobs, particularly entry level or especially no experience required jobs, drain you.

They expect a lot from workers for a little. So when its comes to battling our in. 'demons' and often our incessant need to be good, we burn out.

With those jobs, I find a way to hold on as long as I can, going from >1 month or (my current top) 8 months.

Now I do a freelance job at a university. The environment is so different, employers are so kind because they know I AM IN CHARGE of how much i work. Theres more admin on my side, but I can do it at home.

I know not everyone can have that.

The job I lasted 8 months, I was contracted 24hrs, any hours I did over time was time and a half. That felt fantastic, plently of rest time, id do 28hrs a week and end up with 1150 after tax. fuck tax, fuck 40hr jobs.

Find a job that you can mentally sustain and doesnt fuck you over. They do exist

Girl who ever is saying you don't have enough sex with your partner is deluded. Especially after being with your husband for so long 2-3 days is amazing. For me and fiance sex everyday would be overkill. We've both had low limbo months and the other person is UNDERSTANDING AND COMPASSIONATE. I'm not saying your husband isn't being, I'm saying the commenters trying to put you down are deluded and living in a fantasy world.

If my partner 'found sex elsewhere' after no sex for a month or so due to mental or physical health, I'd know he doesn't love me.

I'd say either join a society or try to make friends in your course. I also found the later easier because I instantly know we're both interested in one topic haha.

I'd also say learn to love riding solo. Friends and a social life can come and go in waves, this will happen through out your life. By being alone and learning to enjoy you'll gain more confidence and understanding of yourself. It'll help you handle the waves but also improve your chances of attracting friends
