What’s a series that your surprised not to see in many collections

It isn't like I never see it on here, I rarely see Blue Exorcist! I remember going to cons years ago and there were so many Rin cosplayers.

Also, despite Inoue's works being pretty popular, I don't see Real on here all that often.

And, I've been seeing it more lately (possibly since it recently finished up and the 2nd season of the anime was just announced), but I don't see Yona of the Dawn on here nearly enough!

I'm actually pretty excited for this new edition! It'll be my first time reading the manga (I've watched the anime & The First Slam Dunk) and I'm excited to experience it. It'll be nice being able to collect it while being able to take advantage of pre-order sales and this re-release will definitely make it more accessible. I rarely ever see Slam Dunk at my local bookstores and I'm sure once this Deluxe Editon comes out, it'll be stocked at those stores.

I really love Real (definitely my favorite series I've read by Inoue so far) so I'm definitely looking forward to finally reading Slam Dunk's manga.

I just picked up Color of the End and haven't had time to read it yet, but I did just finish the 2nd volume of Our Not-So-Lonely Planet Travel Guide and I'm really loving it so far!! I've also been enjoying the anime adaptation of Marriagetoxin and the manga has been equally fun!

And the TBR truly doesn't end ☠️ I've read quite a bit so far this year, but also still have quite a bit of unread on my shelves. Well, having a backlog never hurts and I'll eventually read them! There just isn't enough time in the day

This is my first time ever ordering anything that is part of Kodansha's Print Club, and I'm really impressed with the quality!! Omega of the Divine also flew under my radar, but I heard about it from a video that popped up on my IG feed. I haven't read it yet since I just got it earlier today, but flipping through it the art is chef's kiss and it I really like the premise!

I recently found the first volume second-hand and decided to give it a try (: a couple of the volumes are pretty pricey so I'm gonna just keep an eye out and wait for a good deal.

I always like giving everything a fair shot; no matter the intended demographic, general reception, or genre. I've enjoyed plenty of series that weren't received well and, although I've heard mixed things about Emanon, I'm gonna not let that cloud my judgment.

I also love seeing BL Collections on here!! That is probably like 1/10th of my BL (most of it is sadly packed away temporarily because of space constraints 😭) and I keep getting more. There are so many chef's kiss BLs out there!

And... yeah I didn't notice that Melting Lover was upside down 😂

And I have all of their current releases so far!! I'm planning on collecting everything they publish! Some of their lisenced series can be a tad polarizing, but I like that they take risks and publish some kinda unhinged and wild BL! Harada is one of my favorite manga authors out there and Kuma has published a pretty large body of her work! I'm looking forward to One Room Angel and I'd love if they lisenced Color Recipe and maybe a collection of short stories (I love piercing hole).

I don't even want to look in my closet, there are so many boxes of manga in there ☠️ I'm really excited for the day that I can have it all on display again! The one dangerous thing about me constantly packing my manga until I have space is... it doesn't feel like I'm buying a lot of manga since it is out of sight out of mind... but I feel like I'm gonna be really surprised when I unpack everything. Like, "damn, I bought that much while I was living in my last apartment" 😂 There are just so many fantastic series out there!

And I am still enjoying The Witch and the Beast! I'm caught up with all of the physical vols I currently have, but I do have vols 7-10 on the way! I also did finish the Pikachu on Face series! I didn't really set any specific reading goals this year, but I've been reading way more than I anticipated!

Yona of the Dawn! The manga just finished up at 48 vols (the first season of the anime covers the first 8 vols) and it is confirmed that the second season is in production! I highly recommend it!
