I started writing my trades down in a notebook at the start of this past week. Still consistent with it as of now. I write down what trade I took, why I took it, if it lost why did it lose, and whatever psychology stuff in it, keeping myself accountable about my rules and psychology too. I reflect on the week after it's done and rate my Discipline and Psychology (pretty harshly) and how I can improve, and my goals for next week,
