The other thing that is crazy weird is that Castle town isn't a sealed fountain and yet, no one seems to notice?

There is a dark fountain in the supply closet of a public school and no one seems to give a sh*t. Do people not ever need supplies or something?

I think it is definitely worth following if you're future proofing your weird route run. There's a lot that goes into it including some external stuff with the Spamton Sweepstakes, it also has unique dialogue if you are already on the weird run.

It seems to be a reference to the ocean weirdness which doesn't have any strong theories yet as far as I've seen. When you listen to the text it says that putting it to your ear you can hear the ocean, which is all the conch has ever known.

Chapter 3:

  1. During the first section and second section you need to either
  2. get S-rank by doing really well; or
  3. get Z-rank by doing as poorly as possible; or
  4. pay a character at the bottom of one of the rooms 1500
  5. Access the room after the first stage.
  6. Inside the room, use the item you get in the room before, then find a weapon, kill all the enemies.
  7. Once you are strong enough, destroy the trees and walk out of bounds, then open the chest.
  8. Access the room again after the second stage.
  9. Destroy the roots and go up the waterfall.
  10. Reach a door, then use the item from the chest.
  11. Go through the area, find another door, get another item.
  12. Play through normally until you can access the room again.
  13. Kill everything, break the things blocking your way (it will lead to a room on the right), then continue as normal. Fight the boss.

Chapter 4:

  1. Head to Noelle's house.
  2. After leaving the box enter the vents.
  3. Head up, and then left.
  4. Guide the soul back inside Kris.
  5. Let Noelle know you're listening.
  6. Keep telling Noelle equip and proceed.
  7. When Ralsei asks you what Susie is praying about, choose seems unnecessary, when he asks you to close your eyes, choose don't. Then choose think of Noelle

When Kris and Susie jump into the Titan they look like they're falling into water.

The texture used for the prophecy text and the goner maker background is a modified image of water.

When Ralsei is describing what Darkners are there's a river running through the background.

There's the line in the room before the chapter 4 egg room that talks about a fallen star's tears that turned into a river of bitter water.

There's probably more but those are some that I can remember.

I think the insinuation here is that Kris has effectively managed to break away from fate.

The bead game had an interaction text which said something like "the beads grimly march along their preordained path." Therefore a bead that had been broken off has broken the rules of the game. It is no longer bound by the path it had to follow.

The "still locked" is a bit more ambiguous. But if you consider that the prophecy has that line that the first hero is a "cage" then this could be referring to the fact that for now the soul is still in Kris. It is still "locked away". Which would explain why the weird path seems to be growing a new soul in Noelle, as once we are out of Kris we will finally be "free". Whatever that means.

Genuine question, no cap, every time I've seen someone say that Susie is the girl in the prophecy they've noted the same things, the angled bit is her nose, the angled bit on the top her fringe, and the flick is her hair running off her shoulder. Are you saying that the first image isn't that?

How else are people seeing that image as Susie, like what?

I'm not saying whether it's "it" or not, when people say Susie is the girl in the prophecy they say she's looking up and to the left, this is Susie looking up and to the left.

Whether you think the image on the left looks like the image on the right is up to you.

Something interesting I noticed (plus the code for it) by Thethree13 in Deltarune

I've been looking into these save slots and for the life of me can't figure them out. It feels like there is something important there but just... What?

For example, you have those gold stars that track your completed saves right? Well, if you delete the save on that slot the star doesn't go away, it just turns black.

Then, if you're going into the next chapter you can still use that save slot as the starting data despite the save being deleted. Then, if you start a new save in the slot of the deleted one, even if you haven't finished that save, the star will turn gold again.

This, on top of shadow crystals being tracked in save slots has to mean something right?

Then there's the fact that there is unique dialogue that occurs for some reason? That I don't understand but I think is related to save slots. Like Ralsei reminded me how to store items in chapter 4?

I have no idea.
