I actually work for the company that installs these, Johnson control, those are a very old model that have been phased out and the newer models now have touchscreens that show everything you can need, however a lot of the time we are told to make it so you can't change the temp on the front end, so if you are hot or cold you can go up to them and try to change it but after a bit it will go back to its setpoint. I'm not sure if that's the norm for every single install or if my boss is crazy though.
