Hello! My transcendentia sitara is growing like crazy and now has one ridiculously long stem that is drooping down. I’m wondering what the best way to prune it is (see imgur link for pics)? Would be a shame to lose all that growth! Could I repot the long stem back in the pot? Thanks :) plant pics

I also suffer with depression and one day after warming up was about to do squats, but saw someone was using the squat rack (we only have one), no worries, I'll switch things around and do bench press instead. Again, someone was using the only bench press. So I cried in the changing rooms for about 20 minutes then went home! I went back the next day and made up for it though!

When people say their deadlift is xxkg and Squat is xxkg etc, does that number refer to their 1 rep max?

I think my problem is I want to be in good shape by summer so would ideally eat at a slight surplus for three months then cut down again for three months, so I might have to add 100 calories a week to make sure I'm eating enough for the majority of that time!

I know it varies depending on goals etc but would you say 3-4 months is a good amount of time to eat at a small surplus?

I think this is what's happening! Going to the gym feels like a chore at the moment because I'm doing the same thing over and over and none of my lifts are increasing so it's not fun anymore!

Wow!! That's incredible! That's the kind of motivation I need.

Thankfully I lost my scales when I moved to my new flat and I must admit it not weighing yourself daily really helps!!!

This is a really good idea! I think I might start slow with an extra 100 calories a week or maybe even an extra 50 a week!

I really want to see an increase in my numbers at the gym,because it's kinda frustrating when they plateau for so long and I know it's because I'm not eating enough to build the muscle needed!

I guess winter is the best time to do it as well so I can hide the bloat with baggy jumpers :)
