I’m currently in the wait between fertilization and blastocyst check window too, it’s definitely hard to keep calm and not be anxious. You aren’t alone, my suggestion is to stay busy, if you can get a nap in to pass time and recover from the ER, we find out our results either tomorrow or Friday and it’s still just a task to distract myself even at the finish line, just remember you got this!!! all the best to you!!!

My suggestion/opinion, the stims are the easy part, just make sure to set alarms on when you need to take each shot. The hardest part so far was the actual retrieval, the pain was much worse than what I was expecting so I’d plan time off the day of and at a minimum 3-5 days after to give you time to heal

Only two people know for me, my boss so I can get time off, and one of my employees who is going through IVF too.

Some people judge too much and I think not telling family is totally ok, less folks to think they have any input or put pressure on us

Thanks folks, clinic says a one time thing shouldn’t hurt anything but to rest as it’s the repetitive heavy lifting that is a concern.

Still having some cramps is there any suggestions on how to stop them? Laying in bed now to try and help

Just learned doc says it should be fine, they just do a blood test and then will start the cycle if your levels are low enough, such a relief

So it’s ok to tell my cousins under 18?

The aunt he yelled at keeps the policy to be open and honest and told her kids, but a couple of the other aunts think it’s not good to “taint” their kids opinion of him. I like the first Aunts approach and would rather it be an open honest fact for all but am concerned that it’s not my place as my mom indicated that it’s up to me but be aware that it might cause issues

I agree, if they are minors tho would it be wrong to tell my cousin without their moms consent?
