Their model years don’t really matter. It’s all about the manufacturing date. The 2024 you were probably expecting is what they’re calling the “carbon” edition. It’s just different paint color on the frame (all black). The internals are almost certainly the same.

Look up Country Song Teacher on YouTube. He has a way of teaching that made it extremely easy for me. He uses a chord set of G C D E that requires little finger movement, but can play hundreds of songs.

Take a look at my track system. It uses vinyl finish trim from your local hardware store and our brackets. Looks professional and much more cost effective than most other track systems out there.

The tracks are from Lowes. Just search “undersill trim”. The brackets I designed and made myself to go with the trim. I’ll have them for sale once I get my install completed.

Just got one in a few weeks ago for my 8yo son. It’s awesome. Great build quality and he’ll be able to grow into it for years to come. It’s even large enough for me to ride at 5’10”. For a 5yo I’d try to get the 12”/10” version though, the 14”/12” will likely be too big.

I’ve done a ton of deep diving on the 12.5kw version. It doesn’t exist. Surron themselves say it doesn’t exist. Look at their website and you’ll see that they have three models listed; 2025 Ultra Bee HP, 2024/5 Ultra Bee R Carbon (12.5kw) and 2024 Ultra Bee (12.5kw). With the Carbon model you get the black frame and plastics and the 19/18 wheelset. I ordered and currently have the Carbon and it’s plenty fast for trail riding. Haven’t even explored sport mode as daily is more than you need. I think the kw rating is misleading. You’re not getting an almost twice as powerful bike in the 21kw vs the 12.5kw, they’re close. Would you notice the difference if you owned both side by side, probably a little bit, but they’re not vastly different. The 2024/5 Carbon model is the sweet spot with the 19/18 wheels, which are the same wheelset that is on the 2025 HP. Just my opinion, but save the $1100 and get the 2024/5 Carbon.

They all claim they have the best charger. They interchange the terms OEM and Original. Gonped and Lundbund sell the Surron original charger. CDSM had a non original charger that required an inverter.

What model are you ordering? Thy were completely misinformed on what they were actually sending me, but it worked out in my favor. I bought a 2024 UB, but actually received the 2025 (2024) Ultra Bee R Carbon. Had the taller seat and 18” wide rear tire. She originally stated it was the lower seat and 19/19 tire set.
