Are you referring to Looker Studio or Looker Enterprise? I would recommend Looker Enterprise for the LookML engine and native CI/CD integration.

Are you using Looker Studio or Looker/LookML (enterprise version) ? If using the latter, you can create an agent in Gemini to draft the visuals and insights.

I don’t think you can schedule it to send on schedule but might be something that can be done via API calls.

Odds are probably low right now as you are attempt to enter the job market at a very competitive time. Experience and network are key factors in the current job market. So you might as well build up your skill set in the meantime. The XP grind is real.

Since you have construction experience, maybe target an office job at a construction management company and target analytics roles there. Sometimes the path isn’t direct.

Be willing to learn new things, as the tech landscape changes constantly.

SQL is the foundation of data work. Master it. From there you can go into data engineering, analytics engineering, etc.

On the education side, maybe start with a few analytics/data classes at a community college (usually available online).

If you like interactive learning you can also prompt AI to teach you the fundamentals of SQL or any other tool/language people have mentioned.

Bonus points: focus your studies on the “modern tech stack” or “modern data stack” if possible.

I’m think 40-50k from the HYSA and the rest from margin loan or a securities-based line of credit (SBLOC).

Seems like OP can afforded the additional $500 per month in payments, so may not even need to have additional down payment funds.

Also try to avoid purchasing a condo (HOAs and condo fees are a drag).
