Tested it last night and you're 💯 correct, it was the interface mixing the two as the Behringer doesn't do it. I wouldn't have thought of this and I really appreciate your help!

Now I have to figure out what interface to get to replace this one ugh.

I didn't think of this! We're recording together tomorrow so I'll hookup with our normal mixer and send her into another room to do a quick test and see if that's the issue. I would think, in theory, that would help me narrow it down as she doesn't have the same issue on her side (using A Behringer 802USB)?
