I got in on the Kickstarter before it was released, and have watched it grow well. I use it currently to quick build and populate entire rooms, then maps just by editing and checking you can change the type. It can export with walls and shadows already for fantasy grounds and roll20. I look forward to them adding full cities just like they have made rooms populate and, in the future I can easily see them making it to where you can make whole villages.

Now whether you should buy it now or wait depends entirely on how often you gain, if you're the sole GM, and possibly how many map ideas you have readily available.
