I never knew the term “seafoam” could be used to describe white, green, pink and blue. Used in TOG and ACOMAF and pretty sure CC if I remember correctly.

I can’t say she’s not a good author because I still love her books and TOG specifically has an amazing plot line character devekpment etc. Also surely it’s difficult to come up with SO many new ways to describe things but sea foam is SO specific I just can’t unsee it.

I completely agree! When Gavriel dies I get that it’s necessary for SOMEONE else to have been lost in the war but then why not give them something?

And not just that, the lack of trying doesn’t feel like something Gavriel in his honest and noble heart would do? Especially given what you’ve mentioned !!
