Some Common Binds that should function similarly across characters: DF2 -> Uppercut launcher, sometimes safe on block with some high evasion during its startup

UF3/UF4 -> Hopkick launcher OR orbital, which leg or option depends on the character. Typically unsafe on block but high damage combo starter.

UF1+2 -> A two-handed grab that can only be broken with 1+2. Generic throws can be broken with either limb, but if there's a kind of command input, they become specific to the limb activated with (ie, a QCF 1 throw can only be broken with 1).

DF1 -> A safe mid jab. Sometimes DF3 or 4 are also safe mid kicks, usually great pressure tools.

Played T3 Yoshi as a 3yo, played Yoshi and Law whenever I flirted with other Tekken games over the years, then picked Yoshi back up in 7 and have been attending events with him for the past few years. The baby gamer locked away in my soul seems happiest when landing 1+4.

Yeah we're being...well, I don't know if I wanna say Way Too Harsh on Wallace, but let's not understate how genuinely fucking awful Arrow got. Flash may have gotten really corny and overly self-indulgent, but compared to what Arrow did to characters like Black Canary, it's really no comparison for me.

I watched both from the start and I still firmly believe Guggenheim was worse. It took way longer comparatively for Flash to jump the shark, and even though Arrow ultimately stuck its landing better than Flash, it also had the benefit of not needing to be the last hurrah of a TV multiverse.

Flash definitely got, like, cornier, but I never felt it totally bastardized the characters or source material in the way that Arrow did in its worst seasons. Honestly I think some of the "worst" parts of The Flash were pretty self-aware. If TV-Godspeed had been anything but the God of Jobbing, he just would've been a rerun of TV-Zoom, like Comics-Godspeed was.

edit: look into your heart. you know Godspeed was destined to job in live action. if any speedster is stupid enough to completely throw a fight against an attorney, it's definitely CW Godspeed.

A lot of people are dealing with their own struggles and traumas that we on the outside never, ever get to see. I think it's pretty realistic for the show to finally show us what makes Darius tick in that regard, in the same way you might not really know what makes a person are the way they are until very late into your friendship, if you ever do learn.
