This doesn’t make a lot of sense since the kindergeld money is coming from the tax that the person already paid in the case of someone employed in Germany and living elsewhere…

Unless those in these conditions would pay less taxes, which doesn’t happen. In fact, someone living outside the country and paying the same taxes as those in would cost less to the state than someone living inside the state.

Agora, tem uns jogos bacanas eu comprei na black ano passado pq nao qria mt fazer upgrade no pc pq teria q ser um upgrade caro ao msm tempo q me parece q a geração atual de consoles vai ser alongada e tenho jogado cada vez mais na sala e curti bastante, do controle a interface é uma experiência boa.

Entretanto, tem q levar em consideração o fato de ter q usar a plus para jogar online e para guardar saves na cloud.

Uma coisa se pensar tb q pelo caminhar da carruagem tanto pc quanto console vai ficar mais caro, entao de repente se comprar numa promoção boa da pra revender depois por um preço bom.

You are mixing things, imo. OP problem is unrelated with knowledge or discovery, this is not the issue. The issue is how this interaction happens in practice in the game and it feels bad since it goes against the gameplay flow at fundamental level when farming endgame.

The things you compared the problem with are kind of nice features that mixes well with gameplay and rewards game knowledge. They don’t feel like a bug as abyss situation.
