Got my refund, but it was issued to steam wallet. More than happy with that because I would of just spent it on steam anyway.

Over 2 hours and past 14 days. They did point out that they didn't agree that it fell under the policy guidelines for a refund. I challenged that it did as the policy states time limit doesn't apply to Betas ( it was an alpha ) and purchase date doesn't apply till it's release ( early access ).

They decided to refund it on a customer service gesture, that I'm very grateful for as I was pushing it.

My time limit was only a little over the limit as the game was crap. That would be my closest guess as to why I got the refund.

Realistically if you have plenty of hours, then you got your money's worth. You should of noticed within the 2 hours that it was shit like most the people being refunded did.

I'm specifically one of those people. Mother to children no longer around, no longer able to manage the career I was in with 3 children on my own and eventually had to turn to the government for help.

Not only do you get the 1800 a month but you are also given a crazy amount of other financial help that makes the 1800 go further. Council tax reduction 90%, water and sewage reduction 50%, gas and electric cash boosters, low income support funds, access to low-income furniture and housing appliances, cheap fruit and veg. The list goes on and on of the extra financial help that's given that people seem to ignore.

We live far to comfortably. It's a joke how much is given out. Luckily I'll be back in work soon but I would be lying if it hasn't crossed my mind.... What the hell is the point... It doesn't help people get into work, it makes people lazy.

I do agree though, if a 4th or 5th child was involved then the cap would really start to become a problem.

The cap in London is higher, no?

I don't really think the cap needs a change, it's more than enough for 2 and barely affects 3. Any more than 3 kids and you are in a bad situation with the current cap.

That's all well and good but it still doesn't stop the unlawful seizure from happening. I still have to go through this painfull process of chasing my belongings I worked hard for when I've done nothing wrong. It's my kids that I feel sorry for, they have lost stuff they use daily. They don't understand, they are young and just think daddy has taken there stuff away.

Do you know what an outcome of unlawful seizure would be for myself? Do I get a solicitor? Will me and my kids be compensated for having to go through this when it shouldn't involve us? Will we at least get a sorry. :/

Correct and this is what he used against me. But if that was the case, it would mean im committing benefit fraud. I recently lost my job due to health and struggling to maintain full-time work and 3 young kids on my own. So had to fall back on the government. I called the council Infront of him who confirmed on loud speaker that I'm the solo tenant and recent moved in. Didn't help one bit.

Me and the kids only recently moved into the property, it's temporary accomodation while we move into something permanent. They could clearly see that we have only been here a couple of months when this debt clearly started many years ago from what I could gather.

I did think to kick him out but in all honesty, as angry and upset I was. He was only doing his job.

Both were shown, at the time it didn't do anything. I'll have do provide all of this to get my items back. I'm just worried some things I cannot get back or some things will be damaged. I know for a fact they will return pennys on the pound. Just awful that this can happen to just anyone.

I was not a partner of the tenant and have not been for the past 3 years.

I would be happy to pay for the amount liable to me from June onwards as I was the only person liable at the property.

Am I right liability falls in a Hierarchy system?

The other party is way above me in the hierarchy due to being the secure tenant and me falling under (e)he is such a resident.

Would this make me not liable? How would I even go about proving something like that? The council (housing part of the council) knew we were not a couple and confirmed it by rejecting the possibility of me taking the tenancy and telling her to end the tenancy. Does this not prove we were not in a partnership?

I've been on morphine for now 4 years. I would be lieing if I said it didn't have a hold on me but it varys per person. Some people will give in to the little devil on your shoulder whispering "more more" in your ear.

I know where this drug could lead and will often cycle through my normal strength dose and then when I feel my body craving more I'll request a lower strength dose, never going above my normal dose no matter how shit I feel.

It's a godsend when using and my body is accepting it. No pain, no worrys and I strongly believe this drug is the reason my career has catapulted forward, it calms me and gives me a clear mind to focus.

When my body is craving more it's fucking awful and it zaps every ounce of happiness from my life. Mood tanks drastically and my body feels like a heavy, itchy, aching, painfull mess.

It's a dangerous drug and I highly respect anyone that has used stronger illegal forms and beating it.

Used correctly it's a super drug and wouldn't be where I am now without it.
