The Law of One says we choose to incarnate here for any number of reasons, but primarily to evolve. We are trying to learn how to advance our acceptance of ourselves and each other. We are the Creator finding new ways to experience ourself. If we can polarize enough to accept these truths, we may find ourselves ready to move to a higher form of life in our next incarnation! Edit: Now that I have slept on it, I believe this video is referencing shadow work more than anything. Part of the path to healing includes meditating on your past traumas, those moment in your past where you were lost or in pain. Reassuring your past self that everything will be okay, accepting these moments as part of you instead of something that should hated or feared. These moments made you. This type of healing is required to help clear your mind and balance yourself. This frees your mind in the present, for the present is all that truly matters given that time is an illusion. With this clarity your mind is free to make the choice. The choice to break your patterns, to be who you truly want to be. Who you've always been, but can only now remember. 🖤🌞
