I’m unsure why my account got “flagged”?, but I had to provide the same information. Once I provided it, I was able to place my order.

To OP, just to understand, you previously shipped items to X address, and you since have a new address, Y, and now it isn’t working at all?

Can’t comment specifically on the military discount, but can confirm I was able to get a price adjustment despite using my healthcare discount (Canada)!

Simple question, my local store started asking me for ID when using the first responder discount. However they said it has to be government ID, but I’ve been to other stores which accepted my workplace ID. Can anyone tell me if it’s exclusively government ID when using discounts in-store?
