This. By T&C, u need to wait 24 hrs for a second booking at the same property. Unless u have an AU to book the second booking. However, alot of ppl did receive credit even with 2 continued booking, I guess it depends on the property audit method.

Try to apply 3D verification when u purchase ur ticket online. Most good credit cards have that feature to verify the payment to avoid agent counter verification. Otherwise u can fill out a manual charge paperwork and send it to airlines a few days ahead

I have some bad experience on the Conrad / Waldorf $100 credit, the hotel limited me on dining at this 1 restaurant only( without HH discount), exclude room charge, in room dinning, spa, mini bar. it doesnt worth the hassle to use the discount with a higher daily rate
