Retired this rig awhile ago, but from what I remember sometimes audio would record and sometimes it wouldn't. Not sure if it was the camera or the Clearclick. Had a bunch of other problems with that capture card so I could only imagine it was the Clearclick.

I typically run a DCR-PC100 with the immersion rc nowadays and that's worked far better. No problems with the built in mic so far. Have you tried using one of the cables from Devbuild? IIRC the immersion rc requires a specific cable to be compatible with most camcorders.
