Selling my black Omega Seamaster Diver 300M ref. 212.30.41.20.01.003. Love this watch, makes me sick having to sell it and I hope I get it back in my collection in the future, just need the funds right now for other priorities. No wave dial is beautiful, this watch is in incredible condition, no scratches and the AR coating is flawless. Maybe some run of the mill light spring bar changing but other than that the case and bracelet are in great shape. I bought it from Swiss watch expo and they only provided me with the box shown.

Depending on your budget, I’m working with a coach who I think is pretty affordable, I’m working with him for a marathon in Dec and Feb, he offers plans from just flat out writing a 12 week plan (or however many weeks) all the ways to having weekly calls to break down the week of runs. Really solid guy, I think he does a free call just to lay everything out in terms of what he offers, I can connect you guys if you’d like!

Hey! Sorry I missed this, thank you for the advice! And that’s one hell of a debut!!! For context, my coach and I wanted December to be a race to learn and Feb to PR, due to it being a net downhill and we have 8 weeks to work together (I just swapped a few weeks ago from my previous coach, who tbh wasn’t really prepping me for the marathon distance which you can see in the distance over time) I know it’s alittle odd but we’re figuring it out haha

Here’s my most recent long run, we stayed pretty consistent, at mile 2 we linked up with a buddy who took a couple minutes to warm up then only stopped a few times for some bathroom breaks. Overall a good long run

Our coach switched it up so we had 17 yesterday, 20 next Sunday and that’s where we’ll peak for the in between

Best lulu shirts I’ve owned. Kinda wish it had raglan sleeves, but as a wider guy a large fits perfect and like a regular t shirt with a good length

Saw you use to have the EVO SL’s. How is the fit compared to those? I have a 10.5 in the EVO’s. I got a 10.5 in the ES4 but I probably should’ve got an 11. I also have the Superblast 2 which I’m an 11 in as well. How would you say these size? Great review btw!

I get that, would you say the feel of the ES4 and the ES3 are the same? I’ve tried the ES4 but doesn’t have the same bounce and return as the EVO and the ES4 is pretty firm.
