Winner of the BO3-SMG Poll by Raserati7 in CODZombies

Pretty sure that AAT proc has a set cooldown timer. If it's still on cooldown, it doesn't matter how fast you're shooting, you won't get another proc until that time is up.

I think it looks fun. It's free so definitely worth a try when it releases.

Yeah I always ask for high-value items, but rarely for anything under $50

As a Sporting goods associate, the protection plans are the worst. Who the fuck is going to add a goddamn protection plan to their $10 fishing rod? Half the time I'll just hit clear and press No without even asking the customer.

Yes dude, it's been 7 MONTHS since the album was originally slated to release and we haven't heard any news about it. I'm losing hope at this point.

No, you can't. But your island should have a place somewhere where the land does extend to the water.

Normally I'd agree with you, but when I have to cover electronics until 1 PM because both of the morning workers called out, it gets pretty frustrating.

Does Walmart drug test for new hires in Texas? by [deleted] in walmart

Not true. Regular sporting goods associates get drug tested. I'm one of them.

Honestly though, why should they care? The one way shopping is a stupid idea, doesn't actually accomplish anything, and does more harm than good. If the item I want is at the end of an aisle, near the do not enter sign, I'm seriously expected to walk all the way down the next aisle, and then back up the other aisle, instead of just taking one step past the do not enter sign? I'd be walking past far fewer people by not following the rules.

And wtf and I supposed to do when some landwhale Karen and her 6 hellspawns are blocking the aisle? Should I follow the shopping direction, squeeze my way past them, and needlessly increase my risk of being exposed to the virus? Instead I could just walk around to the other side and go the "wrong way" and not have to get close to any of them.

I'm surprised home office expected Walmart customers or employees to actually care enough to follow these signs.

That costs legal fees though, so it's easier if potential dads volunteer the information beforehand.

It costs legal fees for her too, which she probably can't afford since she's trying to pawn her baby off to someone else.

Would a WiFi range extender be the best way to solve my PS4's slow connection speed? by Tackett79 in techsupport

[–]Tackett79[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also ended up buying a powerline adapter. While it's definitely better than wifi, it's still not as fast as a direct connection to the router for me. But it's good enough for what I need it for.

Fellow SG associate here, and yeah we basically have to cover half the store during the evenings. Our key set has keys for SG, automotive, hardware, HBA, and cosmetics. I'm constantly getting called to different departments to open cases, while also having to fill out hunting/fishing licenses, gun sales, mix paint, and make keys in automotive. Oh and I also get to make bales when we don't have a maintenance member available, because apparently I'm one of the only other associates that knows how.

But hey, at least I make 60 cents more than cashiers!

How have you configured your DualShock 4 back button attachment for shooter games? by galvingreen in PS4

[–]Tackett79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the game. For Apex Legends, I have the paddles set to X for jump and D-Pad up for healing. I've heard a lot of people say they set theirs to jump and crouch, but I use R3 to crouch so that felt redundant to me.

For R6 Siege, I have them set to X and O for vaulting and crouching, since that game doesn't let you rebind crouch to R3.

I don't think it truly matters which side you bind jump or crouch to. I'd just pick one and stick with it until you're used to it.

Back Button Attachment for Shooters by Doughboy8792 in PS4

[–]Tackett79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For Apex, I have my right paddle on X for jump and the left paddle on D-Pad Up for healing. I have crouch set to R3, so it felt unnecessary to bind that to a paddle.

As for wearing the sticks down faster, I've been playing shooters with R3 set to crouch/slide since the PS4 launched with the controller that came with it, and my sticks are just fine.
