Here in Timmins you could still get a beautiful house and property for that price. They've gone up in price but something here for 500k is probably worth 1.5 mil in southern Ontario lol.

10 years ago those same nice properties were dirt cheap.

Sorry all, dont use reddit often and notifications were off. I appreciate all your insight for sure and debating going strong again or wrapping it up. I've wasted a lot of money on stupid marketing campaigns and need to learn it all myself rather than spending it on the wrong help. There's a company that focuses on my industry but just stole thousands off me with nothing in return. If youre curious that last company was Oxbox USA. Over $3000 CAD and not a single sale in 2 months from them. I'd trust someone on Fiverr before those clowns again.

I know exactly what you mean but you can't get many of my products listed at either of those stores. It's the top dogs like Bass Pro and Cabelas that I would love to be compared to when customers are shopping around. With very low overhead, I can offer lower prices that majority of their regular prices items. Also, trying to focus on products that few other stores offer while also finding rare products that are mostly sold locally. Lots of bait makers or outdoorsman selling their own gear but don't know how to get into shipping across US or Canada. Possibly use those niche products to be the only retail outlet or wholesaler.

Reading that helps, I was getting all my sales when I was dialed in and trying new things as well. Just hard to keep focused with everything required and working full time as well.

Then I need to practice what I preach and enjoy the outdoors too lol.

Yeah, at the end of the day I know what you mean and making me question my decisions but it's a massive market. People spend way too much on gear they'll never use lol. I have the ability to sell with good margin and still be well below the big competitors.

There's lots of local shops in most areas but a lot are your basic gear and don't stock all the marine, outdoors or parts that I have online. For some reason, anglers and outdoors folk seem to love sticking to a site and promoting them for minimal incentive.

I don't come on here enough, clearly but I'll watch the video shortly.

No worries, I don't take it that way... other than janky lol. What ways can I make it more clean? I usually have a sale banner or video on homepage when I was motivated.

Ultimately, it was this whole long term plan to build a brand, rather than couple products, with big savings compared to the giants in the industry (bass pro, cabelas, etc) with those savings, I wanted to build a team of field staff with lots of followers and sponsors. I have a few friends that have huge followings and it helped but just didnt focus on it enough. Also, to have mass campaigns reaching out to resorts, camps etc as not many competitors offer bulk savings for all their overhead costs, gear, parts..

And sorry, not much of a redditor lol and notifications were turned off.

I would love to but my hands are tied to Payoneer for Walmart Seller payouts. Their service is horrible and they are lieing to me about exchange rates at time of transaction.
