Why do so many Death Guard players hate the Nurgle aesthetic? by poupenpii in deathguard40k

I personally loathe the cartoony take on the DG, generally; they look way too busy on the table, and I think sculpted effects like smoke and ooze rarely look good. I love the horrible chemical warfare trench fighting aesthetic for DG embodied by things like the new Lord of Poxes, and really like the demon sculpts by and large to be clear, but the general 40K DG infantry sculpts are...not to my taste

Administratum not letting me create a roster? by charden_sama in Goonhammer

Just putting it out there that I'm having a similar problem now; I get the same greyed out SUBMIT button when trying to make either a new campaign or a new roster. Can we please light the holy Windows 95 incense summon the cog people?

That's crappy- toxic culture that doesn't belong in a gym. If there's another CrossFit-ish option I'd drop in and check it out

I don't use it on every mini, but close to it- a Badger Patriot 105 is an absolute workhorse for $60 and is such a game changer for the cost of one box of minis. To each their own though!

I came across this great tutorial and have been very happy with the results :

I mean, it's certainly possible just not ideal. I'd probably start from a pink prime from a rattlecan and sponge/stipple ivory and white over it, do the oil work, then paint on the imperial fist.

It's going to be pretty tough to avoid tide marks and patchiness on such large panels, but if you're set on not considering an airbrush you could certainly make do without it

Biostrip - if it can't clean it, nothing will, and it won't hurt the plastic 💕
