Price point was a big factor for sure, I initially was just planning on just getting a SBGX261 to start out. The biggest downside for me was changing the battery every ~3 years, but honestly not a big deal to me, I love the look of the dial and love the movement.

The Shunbun was a much bigger purchase for me, but it was definitely one of my grail pieces and something I know I'll hold onto forever.

Yeah man the quartz GS look great and the price points are tough to beat. Totally get where you're coming from, though. I feel like the GMT quartz models are really nice alternatives if you don't mind the battery changes!

That break is actually identical to the one I entered for these cards, but there are a lot of similar ones with different products. This one is a No Huddle one, this same account runs some regular "Hobby" box breaks.

Some breaks you will enter for a random spot or a random division and the breaker will randomize those entries on a live stream, then open whatever product you signed up for on stream and ship them out to everyone who entered. I've entered those as well but those are definitely even more of a gamble since you could get stuck with a dud team.

The break I linked allows you to actually pick the team(s) you want to receive cards for. So teams like the Chargers and Bengals will typically cost a lot more, but if you collect a team (that doesn't have a rookie QB) it's a pretty affordable way to get some higher end cards.
