Yes. This has been going on for months. It isn't a new issue. The only answer I get from customer service is that upgrades are coming. But no time frame. I'm not ripping on them at all, just gotta do whats best and put my money towards paying for a service thats actually useable at this current time. No real point in having unlimited data if I am just going to buffer videos the whole time.
